OA members — there will be a special gathering/ice cream social for you on Monday night. Please bring your sash if you would like to attend.

We will be meeting at Good Shepherd at 6:30AM on Sunday 7/20. We are planning for a 7AM departure. Please eat breakfast before we depart Good Shepherd and we will stopping for lunch on the way. Please have lunch money with you … separate from your camp stash. Also, remember to save some cash for the lunch stop on the way home.

It will be difficult for you to complete your MB at summer camp with out the completion of prerequisites prior to camp. Make sure you do these as soon as possible.

we will have the banker box with us at camp. I will collect money on Sunday before we leave the parking lot. Please put any money for MB’s in an envelope with your name, Troop 75, Mb’s and cost. Please use a separate envelope for your camp money addressed with your name, troop 75, and CAMP MONEY. Some things to include in your budget: root beer float glass mug, $4.00 refills $3.00. Camp Logo shirts for tye-dye $15.00+ ( or send your own 100% cotton white t-shirt from home. Don’t forget to include money for other daily treats and other goodies at the trading post. Here are the charges for the shooting range:

  • Shotgun Range $0.40/shot (purchase ticket at the Trading Post)
    **Limit of 20 shots per card, Limit for Adult Shooting is 20 shots per open period

  • .22 Rifle Range Cost is included in camp fees
  • Archery Range $3.50 charge for a lost/damaged arrow
  • Paintball Range $6.00/100 rounds (purchase ticket at the Trading Post)

** Some of the Merit Badges have a cost associated with them. i.e.: shooting sports. Please check the activity schedule (sent with the prerequisite email) to see IF you need money.

Please place all meds in a ziplock baggie WITH a copy of the medication sheet from the health form. ALL meds will be given to Mrs. Schumann before we leave. Please keep all inhalers and epi pens accessable with the scout. Mrs. Schumann will want to quickly review with you and your parent, so don’t just hand her your baggie and leave. Meds at this camp will be stored in a locked container at our campsite and administered by mrs. Schuman – our resident nurse
